After graduating from Alexandria University, the university ranked number one in the field of law within the territory of Egypt, he went on to work in Rashad Soliman Law Office where he trained for two years specializing in Criminal Law.  Following this Zeiad has worked a further two years as a governmental legal researcher / administrative inspector in the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, Inspection and Complaints Section, Alexandria Division.

Zeiad was honoured to be offered the role as Supervisor of Disabled People’s Legal Rights Unit in the Library of Alexandria (Bibliotheca Alexandrina), and accepted this position with enthusiasm.  During the work period here a number of tasks were entrusted to him, including special literary tasks; most notably the translation of the scientific monumental work “A Brief History of Time” By Stephen Hawking from English to Arabic, purposing to enable it at a later point to disabled people.

When given the chance to act as “Head of the Legal Department” for the internationally renowned real estate agency Coldwell Banker in their Sharm El Sheikh office, Zeiad left Alexandria seizing the opportunity to further his career.  Many pioneering notions, practices and valid legal principles were discovered and set by Zeiad in the Real Estate market, to be adopted later by various real estate agencies, developers, and other entities.

Zeiad’s elite work and skills became widely known, leading to him being headhunted to work as Central Head of Legal Department for ERA Coastline Real Estate, covering the cities of Sharm el Sheikh, Cairo, Hurghada, Ein Sokhna, and Marsa Alam. Many legal articles were written by him and posted online on various forums and websites during this period. 

Finally, Zeaid was appointed “Head of Legal Department” for City and Urban International Real Estate before establishing EDGEBRIDGE LAW FIRM in 2008.

Samantha Grover

Holding an honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, Samantha was originally trained as a chartered accountant, before relocating to Sharm El Sheikh in 2006.  She has worked in the Real Estate field as Office Manager in a well known estate agency in Sharm before accepting the position as “Legal Assistant” in EDGEBRIDE LAW FIRM.  She possesses a vast working knowledge in the field of real estate, including the laws and regulations governing the real estate field. Samantha has been extensively trained by Zeiad Yehia personally to handle client enquiries of any nature, in addition to an intensive training on civil law.

Yana Zavyalova

After initially graduating from Samara State Aerospace University, Russia, from the faculty of Economy and Management, Yana continued her education there studying in the faculty of Foreign Languages where she has completed her training as English Translator. During her studies she has had a one-year course of Civil Law and wrote a project “Characteristics and Peculiarities of Translating Legal Texts”.  Having worked with Edgebridge Law Firm for about 3 years, Yana has been able to enrich her mind with specific knowledge of Egyptian Legislation and wide experience in translating real estate contracts of different types.
